Goat milk is gentle and non-irritating.  It is rich in fats and prtoteins, which moisturize and nourish.  Goat milk also contains Vitamins A and E.  These anti-inflammatory compounds help to soothe and calm skin. 
 
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) in goat milk reduces sebum production, which helps clear pores of excessive oil build up, a precurser to acne development.
